We create a road map targeted to the field and industry of interest, utilizing our resources to compile a short list of qualified candidates. 

Step 3:Connect

Next, we connect with potential candidates to further qualify their credentials, determine their level of interest then introduce our candidates to the client career opportunity.

Step 4:Assessment

After our careful assessment of candidates we assist with outlining their qualifications and experience to be presented to our clients for consideration. We facilitate the introduction of our clients and candidates to start the negotiations of possible career placement.

Step 5:Alignment

At this step we consult with our candidates on the opportunity assuring that they’re fully informed and understand fully what the career opportunity entails. The objective is to make sure our candidates are committed to the opportunity as we move toward closure.

Step 6:Preparation

We represent our candidates requirements and expectations to our clients in seeking the best overall mutual outcome. 

Step 7:Debrief

A brief explanation is provided to the client on the candidate’s interest level and the next steps are discussed on weather to move forward.

Step 8:Close

The step before last is where we cover all of our bases on the candidates erring, availability, and logistics. We also cover counteroffers and present the final offer to secure the candidates position.

Step 9:Support

We provide routine follow ups with our clients and candidates to ensure that the partnership is working mutually for both parties.
