Founder and CEO
Professor Florence, located in Raleigh, NC 30+years in senior management, leading entrepreneurial ventures and working as a professor to undergraduates and graduate students. Professor Florence has taught at Cal State Northridge, Caltech University, NC State University, Pepperdine University, UCLA, UCSB, and USC.
Professor Florence has over 30 years’ experience as a product, marketing and business development executive in hardware, telecommunication and software sectors. Professor Florence has been successful in both large corporate and start-up environments. His career has been included senior roles at Goto.com, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Oracle, Stanton Chase and Sun Microsystems. In addition, Professor Florence was the Assistant Director of The University of Southern California Center for Global Innovation
Professor Florence created the Oxford Method, Inc. in 2020 focusing on building great organizational team and working with clients in a consultive role.
